122722 sonnet A Picture of Dancing Fools
A Picture of Dancing Fools
A dancer said who needs words when motion
Communicates so well, and off she whirls;
Recommend her to my pen tip potion:
Across each line in flaunting jumps and twirls
Will leave a trail of words aligned just so
In tune with movement, multitudes and more,
Comes out a pen tip when it's in its flow….
To carry on would only serve to bore.
A picture’s worth a thousand words, it's said,
Depends on which words, how they’re wrote,
By whom and whether they’re sung, said or read
Of static instant mere moment of note.
Accompaniment is not needed here:
Just picture dancing pens, and what you hear.
